What do you do when the tools that once supported you no longer seem to be working?
Have you been praying for, asking for, or seeking your next step? Have you been listening for guidance, longing for clarity, or sensing that you’re standing at the edge of something new?
Perhaps you've been doing the inner work. You've tried the affirmations, meditation, therapy, journaling, and the practices that once helped you feel grounded and supported—yet something still feels stuck.
Maybe there are heavy emotions you can't seem to shake. Maybe you feel bound by old experiences, patterns, fears, or invisible "ropes" that continue to pull you back. Perhaps you can feel that something within you is ready to shift, release, and move forward—but you don't know how to free yourself from what has been holding you.
This medicine circle offers support as you move through your next threshold. It may be what you’ve been calling in—a sacred space to pause, receive, release what is no longer serving you, and reconnect with the wisdom already moving within you.
You don't have to navigate this part of your journey alone.
This is why we—have created a special 4-part sacred series for our community.
We are opening a nurturing and intimate sacred space where you can come exactly as you are. A space to be seen, supported, held, and empowered as you navigate your life and spiritual path.
Our first gathering will take place on the Fall Equinox, Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 7PM EST, via Zoom.
The Fall Equinox is a beautiful time of transition, reflection, and balance—a natural invitation to pause and ask:
What am I ready to release?
What am I ready to let go of?
Where am I being called to land?
What would it feel like to experience more freedom in my life?
During our first session, we will lovingly guide you through a space of release, letting go, and coming home to exactly where you need to be. Together, we will nurture the heart, begin loosening what has felt binding or stagnant, and create space for you to move forward on your path with greater clarity, freedom, joy, and openness.
Throughout this 4-part journey(September- December), we will offer extra support through:
- Energy medicine and intuitive healing
- A supportive and intimate community
- Sacred space for reflection, release, and growth
- Practices and tools to help regulate and nurture your nervous system
- Support in releasing stagnant energy and heavy emotions
- Gentle guidance to help you reconnect with your heart, your inner wisdom, and your soul's path
We believe that healing and transformation don't always have to happen slowly or in isolation. When we come together in sacred community—with intention, support, energy, and an open heart—beautiful shifts can happen. There can be profound release, rapid growth, renewed joy, and a deeper sense of freedom to live your life as the person you are becoming.
This 4-part series is our gift to our community.

Grounding Yin & Heart Activation

11.11 is a powerful manifestation day, and is one of the biggest energy portals to invite in and receive guidance, clarity and confidence in moving forward with what your heart desires. We will be tapping deep into our hearts for this journey!
For our time together, please join Ivonne and I from a space that is quiet and free from distractions.
You may want to create a sacred space and invite in crystals, essential oils, and have your journals and water nearby.
We will be doing some passive Yin poses so you will need a little bit of room. These poses are for all levels and you can invite in blankets, pillows, blocks to help you get into each pose.

Spirit Guided Healing Circle

In a sacred space, I will guide the group through some breath-work and visualization. I will invite in Angels & our Spirit team of the highest frequencies to assist in healing, bringing overall peace and intuitive insight. This will be a powerful journey! You must sign up below to join. Please join me from a comfortable space without distractions, have some water nearby and arrive at least 5 minutes to settle in. Cameras must be on and you will want to have your journal (or notebook) to write any insight. If you arrive late, and I have already started, I may not let you in. Please be mindful of everyones time.

Let us take you on a journey to reconnect you to your sacred temple. This is a powerful immersion weekend where Missy and I will guide you through breath-work, meditations, sound, movement, soul coaching, energetic cord cutting, energy healing, light activations, ceremony all weekend with a deep connection of community.
