Hello Beautiful Soul -
Happy September & New Moon in Virgo energy! Have you been feeling the changes in this month? This is what I like to call “back to school energy”. The kids are back in school, Summer time is officially over and we begin to shift into feeling the need to get organized, restructure certain habits or daily routine. Keep in mind that every time we are open to change, it creates an energetic space for growth and opportunity. I’ve shared journal prompts you can incorporate this month to help you get organized and align with the energy of growth.
This month is also extremely meaningful to me as the powerful shift has brought about an enormous amount of gratitude and blessings that have manifested from my recent healing journey. If you have been following my health journey on Instagram, you would know that I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma (Cancer) of the head and neck for 31 days. And for 31 days, my biopsies and PET scans verified and confirmed the cancer. It was an emotional roller coaster ride, like no other. For 31 days, I had nothing but Surrender to keep me going. Faith. Love. Trust in the Universe, that everything would turn out ok. And they have. Prayers, positive energy and light coming from all over the world. Love shown to me in so many ways from family, friends, people who I haven’t heard from in decades, acquaintances, people I don’t even know – all rallying with incredible love and support. And in this 31 days (which seemed like time stood still), I have uncovered an enormous amount of growth. The overwhelming love, support and prayers were all answered by the Universe. I am still in awe, as I’ve been unpacking all the layers of this experience. I will be sharing my entire journey and the transformation and blessings which have presented itself soon! For now, I am incredibly happy to be back offering FREE Zoom classes and Crystal Healing Circles after taking off July & August.
